Packet Pick-up:

Pre-race packet pick-up will be offered for participants on Saturday, May 24, 2025. Location: McEuen Park (420 E Front Ave, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814) 10:30am-6pm.

If you are not able to pick-up your packet, someone else can pick it up for you. There will be a limited last minute bib pick-up on race morning near the start line. This race morning bib pick-up is ONLY for extenuating circumstances.

Parking:

Parking is available at McEuen Park. Additional parking can be found in the surrounding downtown area and the Coeur d'Alene Resort parking garage.

10:00am - Kids Fun Run

SUNDAY - May 25, 2025
5:30am - Marathon Early Start
6:30am - Marathon
7:00am - Half Marathon
8:00am - 10K
9:00am - 5K
2:00pm - Event Ends

Cutoff Times:

Marathon: Runners are required to finish in 6 hours (before 12:30pm). This assumes a Marathon runner averages roughly an 13:40 min per mile pace. If you plan to finish in over 6 hours, sign up for the Early Start option.

Marathon - Early Start: Runners are required to finish in 7 hours (before 12:30pm). This assumes a Marathon runner averages roughly an 16:00 min per mile pace.  If you plan to finish in under 5 hours 30 minutes, DO NOT sign up for the Early Start option as road crossings and aid stations will not be available at the earlier times if you are running a 12:30 min per mile or faster pace.

Gear Check:

Gear check will be available for ALL runners at the start line. In an effort to reduce waste, we ask runners to please bring your own bag to put your belongings in. We will provide a tyvek hospital type wrist band to label your bag with your bib number. You will need your bib number showing when you drop off and pick-up your bag. Gear check is only available for athletes wearing bib numbers.

Aid Stations / Nutrition:

Aid Stations will be equipped water and electrolyte fill stations, GU gels, and gummy bear chews. Water will be provided at the starting line.

Runners are encouraged to bring their own reusable cups and bottles in an effort to reduce garbage on course. Although we will still have cups available at aid stations, we ask runners to help us reduce waste by running with their own reusable cups and bottles.

A limited supply of First Aid will be located at all Aid Stations on each course, and at the Finish Line.

Marathon: There will be Aid Stations located every 2-3 miles along the course.

Half Marathon: There will be Aid Stations located every 2-3 miles along the course.

10K: There will be TWO Aid Stations located along the course.
---
5K: There will be ONE Aid Station located near the turnaround.
---
There will be toilets at every aid station along the course.

Runner Safety:

This event takes place on city roads and sidewalks. There will be law enforcement or flaggers to help runners cross roads, but please be alert when you are running and pay attention to course officials at all crossings. Any runner using headphones should make sure their have only one headphone in their ear, or use bone conduction headphones.

Awards:

Awards will be distributed for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall for Male and Female for each distance. Age group awards will also be provided for 1st place in age groups. Age Groups: 1-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

If you are not able to stay for your award, they can be shipped to you for a $10 shipping and handling fee.

Finish Area:

The finish line will have water, electrolytes, snacks, and food. Swag will be available to purchase. Portable toilets and hand washing stations will be available in the start / finish area.

Virtual:

The Virtual Run sign up is available between August 21, 2024 - May 25, 2025. Virtual runners complete and submit their information anytime between May 23 - 31, 2025 to the virtual results page located here. Virtual runners will have their items mailed to them shortly after the live race (May 25, 2025).
