RACE INFORMATION

The 2017 Coeur d’Alene Marathon is USATF Sanctioned and a Boston Qualifier.

Race Location: The race starts and finishes in McEuen Park located at Front Street and 4th Avenue in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho .  

Race Day: Sunday, May 28, 2017

Start Times: Marathon Walk-5:30AM, Full Marathon-6:30AM, Half Marathon-7:00AM, 5K Run/Walk-7:30AM

MARATHON - $80.00 on or before 12/31/2016.  $90.00 until 5/24/2017.  No Race Shirt after 5/10/2017.

HALF-MARATHON - $70.00 on or before 12/31/2016.  $80.00 until 5/24/2017.  No Race Shirt after 5/10/2017.

5K RUN/WALK - $20.00 on or before 12/31/2016.  $25.00 until 5/24/2017.  No Race Shirt after 5/10/2017.

YOUTH 5K TO MARATHON - $15.00 on or before 12/31/2016.  $20.00 until 5/24/2017.  No Race Shirt after 5/10/2017.  

The youth 5k to Marathon has elementary and middle school aged youth run prior to the event, tracking their miles.  They will run the final 3.1 miles to equal 26.2 at the 5k. Tracking sheet must be presented at packet pickup.  Questions? Contact director@cdamarathon.com

IF YOU REGISTER AFTER 5/10/2017 YOU WILL NOT GET AN OFFICIAL 40TH ANNIVERSARY RACE SHIRT.

Packet Pickup: Packet pickup is available at the Coeur d’Alene Resort on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 11:00AM–6:00PM and Sunday, May 28, 2017 starting at 5:00AM

Late Registration:  Late Registration is available during Packet Pickup on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 11:00AM–6:00PM at the Coeur d’Alene Resort.  THERE IS NO REGISTRATION ON RACE DAY.

Changes and Transfers:  You may switch distances or transfer your 2017 registration to another runner prior to May 24, 2017.  Changes and transfers are SELF SERVICE: Log into Eventbrite with the email address used during your original registration.  No refunds will be given for price differences.  If you change to a more expensive race you will be required to pay the increased fee.

Wheelchair Marathon:  Overall winner (male and female combined)

Wheelchair Half-Marathon:  Overall winner (male and female combined)

5K Run/Walk:  Overall Male, Overall Female, Male and Female Age Group Medals for top 3 in each age group: <19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+


CDA Iron Series + Half Iron Series

IRON SERIES - a 3 part series of long distance events. The CDA Marathon (26.2 Mile Run), the CDA Crossing (2.4 Mile Swim) and the Coeur d’Fondo Gran Fondo (108 Mile Bike). 

HALF-IRON SERIES - a 3 part series of long distance events. The CDA Half Marathon (13.1 Mile Run), the CDA Half Crossing (1.2 Mile Swim) and the Coeur d’Fondo (54 Mile Bike). 

Completing this series will take a combination of long distance endurance and the ability to stay in long distance race form. All who complete this series will earn the coveted recognition of a CDA IRON SERIES Finisher, enjoy a Dinner Banquet where you will receive your Oversized MedalFinisher Certificate and get featured in the Coeur d'Alene Press.

All proceeds to support local nonprofits: North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation, CDA Area Swim Team (CAST), Union Gospel Mission, North Idaho College Booster Club.
